Where much is given, much Is expected. You have been selected for great things and great things never come easy. Your life has prepared you for such a time.
2/17/25 Instructions given…
- Nothing else matters but the rescue mission.
- Tools of the trade: fasting and testing the spirit.
- Regular fasting needs to be done and leaves no room for unclean spirits.
- Sabbath must be practiced. Take it to basics and keep it on Saturday.
- Anoint yourself daily am/pm, home weekly.
- Commune daily 2xs, 3xs if possible.

Remember where much is given, much is expected. Remember this in the days ahead. No complaining as the Israelites and no looking back as Lot’s wife. Angel will lead with My direction and remember where every instruction comes from, ME your Commander in-Chief. If you mock and scoff you are mocking Me. If you are complaining, you are complaining about My instructions. Ponder this thought when a soldier joins the Army does he argue with his commanding officer? Pray and test all things. Yes, that is in fact an order. There will be an order in My units. This is just the beginning, and this is to move forward into the field. But first the basics. You now represent Me. All you say and do is being looked at with a magnifying glass. I am your teacher, believe what I speak is truth. Before I give further instruction, the first order, read the gospels starting with Matthew ending with John. Read Genesis and Revelation. When those are done, Psalms and Proverbs, in that order. That will be your reading material for now until I give further instructions. Brush up on Acts as you, My Loves, will be living Acts 2.

Clean eating is a must. 1Corinthians 6:19-20 Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore, honor God with your bodies.
Out with the old wine skins and in with the new. Clean eating is necessary. You have now been asked to put down red meat, fast food, junk food, processed sweets and sugar. Replace sugar with agave or honey. Your body is a temple, and this diet is by the order of Melchizedek. Clean eating is mandated. They need to understand the meaning of their body is a temple. No stimulants, Coffee, smoking and drinking. A small amount of red wine is permitted for communion. 3/3 Your diet is crucial to “hearing” My words clearly. If this is your calling, (144K soldier) that is your gift, you will need to walk in it. Clarity is crucial and necessary. As I say, out with the old wine skin in with the new.

It is necessary that all gifts start to get activated how you ask? By pressing in. Fasting is key, putting down this world, idols. Food is an idol for many. My daughter Angel will be My go between to get you the information you need. As I say, test the spirit. 1 John 4:1-2 ask: “did Jesus Christ come in the flesh?” and ask more than once. This is a tool of the trade. All should already be doing this.
You have been called to a task not just for anyone. This life has prepared you for this specific time. You were created for such a time. Do not doubt your place or your calling, but prepare physically. Your body is a temple. Out with the old, in with the new. For that reason, I call you to a clean eating diet. No junk for my vessel. Spiritually read (reading plan below)
Time to be kingdom minded. It is beyond the understanding of this world. You must now pull yourself from this world to My world. Let Your kingdom come, let Your will be done. Lead me not into temptation but deliver me from evil. Understand who you are, children of the Most High. Demons fear you, walk in that power and authority, rebuke the enemy and he will flee.

Prepare physically. Your body is a temple (1Corinthians 6:19-20) out with the old in with the new. For that reason, I call you to a clean eating diet. Spiritually, read My word, pray and worship. This is the way. And fasting as needed. And as I call, leave no room for any unclean spirits to attach. Do not think you are untouchable. Unclean spirits can attach in the least likely ways, watching unclean prophets (videos) for example. Understand, obedience is key.
2/26/25 Walking the narrow path…Ask yourself, do I walk in the fruit of the Spirit? Am I walking in love and forgiveness? Cleanse those heart chambers properly (fasting). Seek Me. Read, pray, worship and fast regularly. That is My way. That is the narrow path.
2/26/25 Dreams If you are having any of these dreams, you need a 3-day cleansing fast. Dog/Cat/Bird poop, soap, washing clothes, cleaning house or any cleaning, Bathroom, taking a shower cleansing not to be confused with (shower rain = blessing) No communion during a cleansing fast
**Fasting is water only, nothing added to your water. Fasting is for 3 full days coming out on day 4 @6am (84 hrs.) communion during the fast is allowed if this is not your first cleansing or if you are doing another cleansing fast. (see communion examine your heart above)
3/3/25 Commune daily 2xs, 3xs if possible (unleavened bread or matza)
1 Corinthians 11:23-26 For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread; 24 and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” 25 In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.”
1 Corinthians11:27-30 (examine your heart) are you walking in repentance?
Therefore, whoever eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of the body and [a]blood of the Lord. 28 But let a man examine himself and so let him eat of the bread and drink of the cup. 29 For he who eats and drinks [b]in an unworthy manner eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the [c]Lord’s body. 30 For this reason many are weak and sick among you, and many sleep
*Sabbath must be practiced in one accord take it to basics and keep it on Saturday. No work, no buying or selling. Cooking is permitted. REST
FYI Training has already begun in your life’s experience. Your jobs and even your names were with full purpose.

Your tribe’s name is your confirmation of the 144K. The key to walking in your gifts is seeking the Lord God… body, mind and soul.
3/4/2025 This is now the Ministry of the 144K and I will now be sharing information to all the 144K from this channel that will trickle down to everyone. These are the words of the Lord God Almighty and as I say, many were called, few have thus far answered. But much more will step into their calling.
4/16/25 Additional training and instruction we are ordered to complete on Youtube @polkadotlady2874. Begin watching her teachings starting with the lesson titled “Intro: Spiritual Warfare in the End Times” which was posted in her video section 2 years ago. Start there and continue in order until the most current, no more than 1 hour a day.
Joshua 1:9 “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
Revelation 14:4 These are the ones who were not defiled with women, for they are virgins. These are the ones who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These were [c]redeemed from among men, being first fruits to God and to the Lamb.

*Lord dispatcher your mighty Angels to cover me, my family and loved ones give them full power to fight, bind and take down all darkness, all evil, all wickedness and help us in all our ways in the mighty name of Jesus
*Your kingdom come, your will be done
*Lead me not into temptation, but deliver me from evil

*Break any and all ungodly soul ties in the name of Jesus (be specific with names if you can)
*Seal and shut all gateways that the kingdom of darkness or evil ones might have access to in the name of Jesus (especially when you pray for others)
*Pray over your food
Blessed this food let nothing that is not of You enter my body. Let it be nourishing to my body, bless the hands that made and created it in the mighty name of Jesus amen 🙏🏼
Focus on above and no longer this life. But, as I say, we occupy. Time to be Kingdom minded. It is beyond understanding of this world. You must now pull yourself from this world to My world. Do not lean on your own understanding but take everything to Lord God and test every spirit. NOW is that time. TRUST no one but your God.
